This is a good Italian restaurant in great location sitting on the deck eating a great prawn linguini looking over the habour what is not to like

to; dr: Pizzas were great, pastas were good without being spectacular, excellent service at a small, busy joint.We've eaten here twice, once taking away pizza and another for a good friend's birthday who happened to be when we were in Bermagui. The takeout pizzas were very good, hitting all the notes that you'd want your pies to be. Minimum toppings done well, with a great chewy and crispy base. The pastas were also good without being amazing. The duck ragu was very rich, and the linguine had a generous helping of prawns, with the risotto was excellent. While I thought that most of the pastas were meh, some dining companions (one who has Italian heritage) thought it was very good, so different palettes and all that!Service was also faultless.
Very good modern Italian place with fresh, local produce. Service is friendly and efficient.We had a great NYE dinner there, the place was lively and the menu excellent. Our mains took some time to arrive (but we were not in a rush anyway) and the waitress offered to take wines off the bill, this was a nice touch.Our only regret was to not be hungry enough anymore to try the desserts. We just shared a slice of Italian cheesecake which was delicious.Would do again!
