We loved the beach and ocean view, seeing the whale activity, and the lovely Sheridan sheets on the beds. We found the agents to be very friendly on check in. We are hoping to come and stay again. Thank you.

Property Sellers & buyers please read my experince! I went to the trouble & the cost of having a building report done on a property I saw as I was serious about buying it... I've emailed Robert to keep chasing him up as he didn't reply to my emails.. as after I received the report (next day- the day after the inspection) & I emailed him ask him questions pertaining to the property. So either he let me spend the $485 on building report knowing it could be sold to someone else straight away or is just cant be bothered to respond to my email! I'm not sure which it is, as the property is still listed for sale?? Either way if I was the seller of the property & knew about this I would not be happy at all. There is a potential buyer wanting to buy it & the agent isn't following though!! Buyers before you look at getting building reports on his listed properties it could be a waste of time!!Because of this I have decided against property as it all got to hard, side note I think he read my review called me back three times!! The power of google?? Have since read your response, our dealing went for total 10 days not over a month, in that 10 days a majority of the time I was asking you questions as that's what a buyer does & as an agent its taken as a given you are happy to respond, I was interested in buying the property at Tilba. Yes you gave me the details of a building inspector but that was it as it went for customer service, the rest of the time I was chasing you! So I hope you learn something from this in regards to customer service. Re check your emails as on the 31st January 2018 I had asked you in regards to making an offer. As of today 12th March I can see the property is still for sale.
