Many species of birds fly from around the world to spend time in this particular wet land to breed. There are numerous bird hides for those keen bird watches to sit back and observe the wonders of this besutiful part of Bermagui. At this point it is also the start / finish of the Bermagui to Wallaga Lake coastal walk...a spectacular 6km walk along the coast line to Wallaga Lake. For those visiting Bermagui , this Flora reserve is not to be missed..... if you do have the time, allow yourself the opportunity to enjoy the coastal walk to Wallaga Lake. A photographers dream!
